We are currently seeking professional and energetic individuals for our safe and secure state-of-the-art facility. Our teachers are responsible for enriching the lives of the children and nurture children to explore and discover in their own way, and at their own pace. Our highly trained teachers are there every step of the way to see how each child’s imagination grows and celebrates their development!

This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who loves children, has experience in a childcare setting, and for students majoring in education to acquire more experience working in a group setting.

Duties:
As a lead teacher, you will form strong, caring relationships with your students and guide them through learning experiences that stimulate their development. You will provide the motivation and guidance to build on children’s curiosity and exploration.

• Responsible for safety and supervision of children
• Able to follow and adapt our Life Essentials Curriculum
• Complete Observations and document milestones
• Comfortably communicate with students, staff, and families

Position Details

• Possess strong communication skills
• Compassionate and nurturing with a desire to work with young children
• Reliable, dynamic, team player
• $17 - $19 per hour based on education and experience
• No Evenings or Weekends! Open Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm

Required Skills:

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential required
• 1+ year of Early Childhood Education experienced preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Ability to work within regular operating hours
• Must meet state criteria for childcare employment which includes pre-employment physical, tuberculosis screening, and Federal/State clearances
