Standard Plumbing is one of the largest plumbing, heating, and sprinkler wholesalers in the Western United States. With over 100 locations, we're growing fast and looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

We are looking to expand our showroom teams! We have a great opportunity at our La Mirada location. We need someone who is willing to learn the ins and outs of kitchen and bath. You will be dealing directly with homeowners, designers, and contractors. Guiding our customers through their remodel or new construction journey! We need someone who can manage their time and enjoys working with people. Pay is hourly plus commission. We are family oriented and consider our team as our work family. Responsibilities:

• Assist all clients with product selections for their homes or businesses.
• Gain a basic understanding of product knowledge and the latest designs in plumbing fixtures.
• Actively listen to the needs of our customers and apply solutions.
• Follow through on your work and ensure that customers needs are resolved.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Requirements:

• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Final Comments:

• We provide full training in store with opportunities to advance.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
