$18-$20 / hour depending on experience

Summary: Responsible for maintaining physical structures of buildings, grounds, and common areas of resort properties by performing the following duties.

Ground maintenance activities, such as trimming, mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse. Assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies. Other duties as assigned.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with team lifting.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather);work in high, precarious places; extreme cold (non-weather);extreme heat (non-weather);risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Physical Demands:

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with team lifting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision and Peripheral vision. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Other physical requirements are to be able to speak and to be able to hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
