We are looking for an individual who is responsible for supervising a group of people and making sure that their duties are completed. The Crew Leader is accountable for the training and overseeing of Crew Members as well as ensuring that all tasks stay on schedule. An ideal candidate is capable of working well under pressure, has a proven track record of using sound judgment and problem solving skills, is detail oriented and always stays calm.
Responsibilities:
you have experience with residential or commercial lawn mowing. You are able to work with minimal supervision, as part of a team, and direct the activities of two or more team members. As a Lawn Mowing Crew Leader, you are enthusiastic, personable, detail oriented, honest, reliable, and self-motivated. You have a working knowledge of lawn mowing and maintenance techniques.
The Lawn mowing Crew Leader will be responsible for safely and efficiently coordinating the lawn mowing and maintenance efforts while providing excellent customer service that meets or exceeds the standards of clients and management. The Lawn Mowing Crew Leader will also be an integral part of the Midwest Groundscapes LLC snow and ice management system in the winter.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
