• Conducts security reviews for Agile software engineering Teams; identifies gaps in security processes; works with the business and key team members to implement necessary controls
• Coordinates improvement of security & compliance at every project stage in the Agile release cycle
• Implements Agile security, Export Control & compliance procedures
• Augments & publishes new procedures as & when required that incorporates the latest techniques for emergent technologies
• Assists agile software engineering teams to support new and ongoing Digital projects; configure & customize Azure DevOps to best support the Digital Solutions project portfolio & project teams
• Coordinate Export Control & other international / regional regulation & compliance efforts for development teams
• Align software security for product & service deliverables; interface with the IT Cyber Security team to ensure ongoing security & data compliance
• Work with IT team & DevOps architects to fine-tune build pipeline, implementing DevSecOps build methods (CI/CD) for multiple projects
• Monitor & refine core security controls as customer engagements develop from prototyping through maintenance & support
• Run security scans within the CI/CD DevSecOps pipeline with appropriate tools as needed; work with architects, developers & business analysts to eliminate false test positives & resolve security issues through the Azure DevOps backlog
• Document & maintain processes, workflows & procedures to ensure due diligence & ongoing monitoring solution engineering to requirements are met during the Construction phase
• Collect KPIs and other metrics to leadership as needed

• B.S. degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of Process/Risk Analysis, Cyber Security Architecture, Organizational Analysis and/or Business Analysis. Documentation experience a plus.
• Scrum/Agile Certification a plus
• Knowledge of security & compliance practices as it applies to Agile principles & process
• Leadership, commercial effectiveness, product management, change management, communication, document & presentation skills
• Experience with data insight tools, integrated PPM tools/suites & Agile management tools. (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Primavera, smartsheet, TFS, Rally, JIRA, etc.)
