Lumber Yard Manager
Job description
CPD building materials is a small, family-owned and operated lumber yard located in Coshocton, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general condition of the facility and grounds
- Greet and assist customers
- Conduct research on pricing and locating materials
- Track, order, and stock inventory as needed
- Assist with material takeoffs to compose a price quote for customers
- Load and unload any and all materials that may be coming in or going out
- Manage incoming and outgoing U-haul rentals
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to run or be trained to operate point of sale for purchases
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
