About the Company :
A Fiber molding company in South Fort Worth is looking for Machine Operators, Tends fiber mold making machines that automatically form paper containers by mixing chemicals together
with water and pulp fibers, according to a specific recipe, and processing the mixture through to
dewatering, drying and cutting process for finishing. Observes continuous operation of molding machines
and conveyors of product to ensure correct operation. Corrects malfunctions and notifies supervisor or
maintenance of abnormal or unusual problems. Keeps records and logs associated with production. May
adjust controls or may program machine console to produce molded paper containers according to
specifications. Performs checks to keep machine operating effectively. Handles and inspects finished
product for defects and takes corrective action.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read production schedules and product specifications. Performs setup on all molding machines

includes handling and mixing raw materials on a large scale, watching and reading
instrumentation gauges and dials.

• Start machines by setting controls according to design configuration and process sheets.
• Performs first good part procedure.
• Keeps all tooling clean and organized, notifies supervisor of any damage.
• Stops equipment and clears jams.
• Helps train new machine operators.
• Observes and listens to detect common equipment malfunction and takes corrective action (E.G.

perform minor repair or adjustment, contacts supervisor) Troubleshoots hydraulic pneumatics,
and electrical systems.

• Records all data such as weight, color, material type, machine cycle time, pressure, and

temperature on process sheets and set-up sheets.

• Must be able to understand and follow all GMP and Safety requirements.
• Ensures that all non-conforming parts are identified, isolated, quarantined, and that hold tickets

are issued. Participates in corrective action for all held products.

• Keeps all material and product handling equipment clean and assures that all workstations are

clean and organized.

• Other duties as assigned.

Shift -

Day Shift - 7:00am- 7:00pm

Night Shift - 7:00pm - 7:00am

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be mechanically and process inclined and understand mechanical principles and

interaction with robotics.

• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors and co-workers.
• Demonstrated ability to work in team and in shifts.
• Basic Math skills

Physical Demands

• Working in a non-climate control environment. The environment is one in which noise exists.
• Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
• Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
• Need mental alertness to identify, avoid, or resolve safety hazards.
• Ability to wear designated personal protective equipment for the work assignment (i.e. hard

hat, hair nets, earplugs, steel shoes, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
