We are a premier facility solutions provider, committed to maintaining and protecting the customer’s property investment to the highest possible quality standards. This requires a maintenance technician who is dependable, helpful, friendly, efficient, and takes pride in their work.

We are hiring for a full-time Maintenance Specialist with cleaning duties for our Dickinson location.

The shift is Monday through Friday 6 am - 3pm = 40 hours a week

This position is 50% of maintenance and 50% janitorial.

A Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing preventive and routine building facility maintenance including but not limited to:

• General – handyman services, moving furniture, window cleaning, painting.
• Carpentry – drywall, manual repairs, use hand/electric tools.
• Plumbing – unclog drains, replace toilet kits, flush valves.
• HVAC – replacing filters, checking belts.
• Floor Care – carpet extraction, strip and wax
• Fleet - Preventative and routine scheduling of maintenance for fleet. Delivery of fleet to other locations.
• Physically, you must be able to work safe, climb ladders, lift 100 pounds and work on hands and knees.

A full time Day Porter preforms cleaning duties which include, but are not limited to: sweeping, moping, vacuuming, taking out the trash, cleaning microwaves, and more.

You must:

• Live locally in Dickinson, ND or the surrounding area.
• You must have your own transportation to get to shift daily.
• Must be able to work well independently and as a team.
• Must be drug free and pass a drug test.
• You must have a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
