Redbird Flight Simulations has an immediate need for a Manufacturing Assembler, we are prepared to offer a competitive package to help fill this role.

Our Manufacturing Assembler position fulfills five key roles in our company:
1. Create and Install Wire Harnesses to our Desktop Assembly Units

2. Build Sub-Assemblies for our Desk Top Assembly Units

3. Build Desktop Assembly Units

4. Troubleshoot systems, make necessary repairs, and any corrections to the system.

5. Test Completed assemblies prior to stage in finished goods

(Work weeks can vary and tasks outside of the above may be needed to help our team complete weekly objectives)

You will be working on a 4-10 work week schedule with the potential for overtime, available through; needs of the company or on request to direct supervisor.

• Wiring Skills (Preferred)
• Ability to read and Interpret Blueprints
• Trouble-Shooting capabilities
• Basic Data Entry/Retrieval on Windows
• Attention to Detail
• Organizational Skills
• Flexibility - Ability to work in tight spaces, stand for long periods of time, bend/reach
• Lift and carry items up to 40 pounds short distances
• Ability to Work efficiently
• Ability to suggest and communicate process improvements
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• US work authorization (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour
