MEDICAL OFFICE CALL CENTER REPRESENATIVE:

Genesis Orthopaedic and Spine, a multi-specialty Orthopedic, Spine and Sports Medicine practice in Westfield, and West Orange, NJ, has an exciting opportunity to join our growing family and is seeking a FULL TIME Call Center Representative. Experience working in an Orthopedic or Sports Medicine office preferred. Additional experience or training on eClinicalWorks EMR is a plus.

We are a Monday to Friday, 9-5 office

Job Description

• Must be pleasant to all patients, doctors and vendors that call our office.
• Must be able to multi-task efficiently, taking multiple calls and directing the calls appropriately.
• Registering and scheduling new patients
• Scheduling existing patients appointments accurately
• Making sure that to verify patients insurance
• Explaining to patients their insurance benefits and costs to see our MD's Scheduling our Zoc-Doc appointments
• Assisting the manager with other duties as needed.

Experience in a medical office a plus as well as knowledge of using an EMR, but not required to apply for this position, willing to train.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
