If you're interested in assisting the Mortgage Banker in their daily tasks through the interaction with borrowers, realtors and other internal employees, our Mortgage Loan Assistant III role may be for you! We invite you to consider joining our Mortgage Lending team.

Responsibilities:

• Distribution of application and application instructions.
• Online input of applications taken.
• Assist processors and underwriters in clearing underwriting conditions.
• Record and monitor all of the Mortgage Bankers time clocks.
• Assist Mortgage Bankers: help manage and monitor existing loan portfolio, prepare preliminary paperwork ensuring that documents are within compliance, and prepare bi-weekly and weekly sales call reports.
• Update customer and realtor/attorney throughout the loan process.

Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mortgage Loan Assistant preferred
