HealthPartners North Suburban Family Physicians has an exciting opportunity for a part time or full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Well @ Work team in Albert Lea, MN. This Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Well @ Work team in Albert Lea, MN located within the Albert Lea Schools and serving both the school district and Freeborn County. This clinic operates similar to a primary care clinic but focuses on serving employees and their families of these employers. The clinic treats anything from acute and chronic care services to preventive care and well-being support. This role will work independently to provide same-day medical care to employees and their immediate family members while partnering with employers, patients, and colleagues to support the health and wellness of the employee population.
We have part time and/or full time opportunities available and we have the ability to build the fte and schedule that works for you. We prefer to hire someone at a 1.0 fte but would consider a .6 or a .8 fte as well
For a full time role, the schedule would be:
Monday 9am – 5:30pm
Tuesday 6:30am – 3pm
Wednesday 7am – 3:30pm
Thursday 9am – 5:30pm
Friday 6:30am – 3pm
In addition to a current MN Medical License, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months’ experience, enjoy working closely with a multi-specialty group, communicate well with patients and colleagues and be committed to delivering personalized care, focused on improving the health and well-being of each patient. This role will require certification to treat patients 18 months and older and must be comfortable working independently.
