Position Title – Office Clerk
Address – El Dorado Hills, CA
Pay - $18.25/HR
Hours – Mon. to Fri. 8-5 PM PST (DURING TRAINING) - After training it can be: 8:5 PST, 6-3 PST. or 10-7 PST
Vaccine Requirement – Vaccine and booster required
Position Purpose: The Office Clerk is responsible for mailroom activities including the sorting and delivery of incoming mail, as well as the preparation and sending of outgoing mail. The Office Clerk will report to the Mailroom Operations Manager. The Office Clerk will also be responsible for adherence to timely turnaround requirements, tracking mailroom data, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Required Skills & Education: (MUST be included on resume)
- High School graduate/GED
- 1+ years of admin/clerical experience (DE, scanning, mailing)
- MS Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge are required.
