POSITION SUMMARY
Benzinga is looking for a self-directed, analytical teammate to work closely with and assist one of the company's top leaders.
The position will focus on hopping into numbers on the fly, maintaining many of the company's key performance indicators and identifying opportunities and pain points related to those KPIs.
We're looking for someone who will seek to understand Benzinga's vision to be one of the top places for investing and wealth building and can work with team managers to affect how process leads to our most important metrics.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience as a business or operations analyst
- Organizational skills - experience developing and maintaining key performance indicators
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment where you'll need to think on the fly
- Interpersonal skills - this position will be working closely with some of Benzinga's top leaders
- Experience in the finance/business space is preferred but not a must.
- Prefer someone in the metro Detroit area but not a must.
- Passion to learn and grow with Benzinga
