Purpose of this position:

This position involves meeting the public and directing them to proper staff members. Assist the Associate Director of Clinical Services and Staff by performing necessary duties to ensure Outpatient Department functions to the benefit of the agency and clients. Responsible for handling all incoming registration calls and scheduling intake appointments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Medical insurance experience preferred, but not required
• Good communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Ability to use common office equipment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalency

Knowledge of good English usage and grammar

Must pass Safe Crisis Management Training (physical and theory), upon hire and then annually as a condition of employment. Other requirements include:
