The AD Leaf is the largest advertising agency in Central Florida with our sites set on west coast expansion. After careful review and selection, we have concluded the Las Vegas Metro area is the perfect destination to begin our expansion and re-launch our company near the West Coast to serve our Western U.S. clients. Our firm began in Newport Beach, California in 2012 and experienced much of its growth after our cross-country move to the Orlando area in 2015.

We are opening our Las Vegas office in August of 2023 and we are seeking a talented SEO and Google Ads Strategist to join our team in Las Vegas. Join a team of strategic, innovative, highly skilled, and detail-oriented marketing professionals! Before reading on, you must possess previous ad agency, in-house marketing and tangible search engine and Google Pay per Click experience and results. You must also understand this position will temporarily begin remotely and upon opening our new office you will be required to report to the office in person. Our staff enjoys a hybrid working environment after their 90-day introductory period.

As a Paid Ads strategist, you will get to work with all marketing departments on high-level projects that will help our clients and you grow. Our ideal candidate is someone who walks into a room of people and can't leave without making a positive impact. Someone who is obsessed with the power of paid ads; is creative & curious, strategic, passionate, achievement-driven, and resourceful when interacting with your client's online communities and building interpersonal relationships.

You: A love for communicating ideas, problem-solving, and creating advanced paid ad strategies is key! Responsibilities:

  • Work in the office only to coordinate with other team members (no remote applicants will be considered)
  • Review and analyze client sites for areas that need to be improved, deleted, or revised
  • Show passion and genuine caring for our clients, and their businesses, and improve their revenue and profitability through your marketing efforts
  • Protect sensitive client information and maintain a strict level of client confidentiality
  • Prepare detailed strategy reports
  • Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for client sites
  • Write effective headlines, body copy, and ad copy
  • Ensure offsite strategies comply with the latest algorithm updates and forward-looking trending updates
  • Write effective call-to-action statements
  • Strategize ways to improve and track ad performance
  • Knowledge in Google Search, Google Display Display, Google Analytics, Social Media Ads, Programmatic, Display, OOO, and Google Merchants.
  • Continually monitor, optimize, and evaluate buying strategies by clients, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Coordinate and present the launch of assigned media campaigns.
  • Ensure that all buys remain within the client’s budget.
  • Keep abreast of current media and market knowledge and share with the team. This includes a general knowledge of popular networks, channels, programming shifts, and general market demographics by media type, current media monitoring assessment methods, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
