Description
Renvu is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Accountant to join our team. The Part Time Accountant is responsible for all of our accounting activities, including handling banks and credit cards reconciliations, invoice recording, customer payments and order approvals, monthly and annual CPA tasks, reviewing AP and AR accounts mismatches and reconciliation. Job Responsibilities
- Bank and Credit Card reconciliation
- A/R (Billing, Check deposits, Verifying customer payment and approving sales orders for fulfillment, Credit memos payment, Claims payments)
- A/P (Invoice processing through a third party software, Payments to vendors and service providers)
- Support customers with information on billing, sales tax, payments and other accounting related issues
- Assist management to have visibility of our cash flow and other financial reports
- Assist our CPA in the month-end and year-end close process
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
The accountant that we are looking for has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including AP and AR
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Excellent Netsuite user and administration skills
- Deep understanding of the overall financial cycle of a business and accounting best practices
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of general office applications: email, Adobe Acrobat, online banking, online credit cards, ERP system
- Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Very organized and responsible
