Northern California’s Premiere Diesel, Automotive and UTV Repair facility, Infinite Diesel & UTV Performance of Shingle Springs, is looking for an Auto Parts Customer Care Associate. As a Customer Care Associate, you will create a world-class automotive, diesel and UTV service experience by thoughtfully assessing the needs of our customers and technician staff. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish;
• Receipt and stocking of incoming items;
• Locates accessories or parts and arranges for installation;
• Monitors parts inventory and maintains storage area in good condition;
• Answer calls, provide price quotes and necessary information to customers;
• Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts;
• Communicates effectively/efficiently regarding customers’ parts statuses and communicates with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner;
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotions;
• Maintains accurate sales documentation as well as monthly reports;
• Ensures safe and on-time delivery of parts to the technicians and customers while following all company procedures and standards;
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary;
• Notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention;
• Maintains storefront housekeeping standards;
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Prior auto parts sales experience required;
• Automotive experience preferred;
• Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment;
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Highly professional and dependable;
• Works collaboratively in a team environment;
• Strong computer skills;
• Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents;
• Ability to calculate figures/amounts; and
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record is an absolute MUST!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
