Description:

The payroll associate will be working with ADP Vantage reporting to research discrepancies and make necessary corrections. update data in the payroll system and audit payroll and benefit records to make necessary adjustments. MUST HAVES: ADP Vantage ADP Report Writing Excel (Index and Match) Client Job Description: · Reconcile bank statements, research discrepancies, and make necessary corrections. · Update data in the payroll system; audit payroll and benefit records, make necessary adjustments. · Design and maintain HR Page of Intranet system to provide employees a Self-Service location for obtaining payroll and benefits related documents. · Collect data, audit for accuracy maintain information in Excel or other databases. · Run ad-hoc reports using ADPR, B-Swift and/or other databases. · Research city, state, and federal websites for regulatory changes, make necessary changes to remain compliant. · Research and review minimum wage changes annually for 45 states plus localities to compare against payroll records. · Assist with various 3rd party audits by pulling records, scanning documents, and running reports. · Pull updated forms annually from the internet such as state W4’s, wage petitions etc. · Provide administrative support for the payroll and benefits departments and employees. · Distribute completed new hire documents, request missing documents, filing, sending out letters etc. · Other duties as assigned.
