Team Select Home Care, supports the efforts of children and young adults who are medically fragile to live at home with their families and thrive in their communities. Our nurses and families have round the clock support from our experienced clinical team. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse RN or Licensed Practical Nurse LPN for
day, night or weekend shifts to care for a 1 year old child at their home in
Glen Ellyn and
Lombard, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Patient assessments
- Administration of prescribed medication
- Care planning
- Communication with other members of the patient's multi-disciplinary team
- Emergency management
- Health promotion and teaching
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in IL.
- Nursing experience, preferred
- Maintains a current CPR certification
