Product Management Lead Analyst

The Product Lead Management Analyst is responsible for supporting product development, reporting and management of Medical Management solutions. As a key affordability driver, the medical management products help control medical costs while achieving improved quality of care and customer satisfaction.

In addition to tracking product performance and supporting rollout of solution enhancements, this role will include direct oversight of the external partner contracted with Cigna to deliver programs specific to Diabetes Prevention, Diabetes and Hypertension. The role will work closely with operations, IT and delivery teams to manage the partner’s delivery performance, roadmaps, and inter-partner issue management. This role will be an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities:
Creation of standard and custom reporting for clients, sales, and other partners.
Monitor and track performance of products including KPIs, proof points and membership.
Monitors partner delivery objectives and performance against service level agreements, examining results for problem determination and takes appropriate corrective actions.
Creates process and workflows to partner with external partners(s) and internal delivery teams to facilitate the delivery aspects of partner governance.
Review, develop and recommend processes to improve and/or enhance partner operations and performance.
Experienced at identifying risks, issues, and mitigation plans and working with leadership to drive to resolution.
Maintain action plans to address any product performance needs.
Support product related projects and pilots including monitoring of deliverables and timelines.
Collaborate with matrix partners in clinical operations, clinical program, analytics, reporting and others to ensure cross functional input is incorporated into development process.
Work closely with marketing to maintain product collateral and ensure resources remain up to date and highlight product enhancements.
Evaluate planned process changes to identify product impacts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the healthcare industry.
2-3 years’ experience in reporting and data analysis. Health Data experience preferred.
Intermediate level expertise in the use of relational database concepts, with the ability to write programs/code to perform queries on data and retrieve data from multiple tables/sources via SAS, Excel and SQL is required.
Proven experience in interpreting and translating business needs into technical requirements.
Product experience preferred, but not required.
Case Management and or clinical experience preferred.
Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
Strong communication skills including the ability to present technical information to a varied audience and lead meetings when necessary.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results with strong sense of urgency.
Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills.
Team player with ability to develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 71,900 - 119,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
