Production
From sourcing raw materials to manufacturing, order placement, pricing and quality control and getting the finished product where it needs to be, our production team is responsible for ensuring we keep our standards high and our business profitable at every step of the journey. Specific Responsibilities Would Include:
The Manager of Production helps to drive the seasonal production process by managing manufacturing orders and ensuring the timely delivery of quality goods working on our IZOD brand.
  • Manage & maintain data in IBT/SAP:
  • Manage delivery tracking of Izod purchase orders from port to port
  • Enter costing received from Product Development into IBT and push to SAP. Run report to confirm pricing matches what Product Development passed.
  • Coordinate with product managers to finalize the NLC process, shipping confirmation and item set up sheet.
  • Work with vendor/traffic team on bookings in Damco and with arrival forwarder. Manage ETD report.
  • Follow up on bookings with overseas office on ETD report to confirm bookings are made on time.
  • Follow up with vendor to ensure they receive containers on time to load and handover before vessel cutoff date.
  • Track containers/vessels
  • Follow up with Logistics to confirm orders arrived to port and warehouse.
  • Follow up with QC team on getting container QC report from the warehouse.
  • Produce regular SAP reporting
  • Weekly coordination with Production on completion of inspection plan. Provide visibility of vessel bookings approved and latest cutoff date to meet the vessel.
  • Communication to Operations team if any risk to delivery based on vessel transit time changing, etc.
  • Partner with Operations on warehouse QC report.
  • Factory invoice reconciliation.
  • Partner with our overseas office on POs, ETD reporting, vessel information and shipping documents and QC.
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:
  • 5-8 years previous production experience.
  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage teams and meet deadlines.
  • Highly detail oriented and meticulous self-starter.
  • Expert knowledge of line plans and T&A Calendar, WIP and Pivot reports.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP, PLM, Microsoft Office, Excel.

Salary Range: $83,200 - $104,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
