Responsibilities:


We are providing executive hospitality-based services four our financial services-based client and need a candidate that will be poised, polished, and have experience working in a service industry such as Hotel or Hospitality.
We are seeking a proven self-starter who understands teamwork, accountability, and is ready to make the concierge commitment. We smile with purpose and are pleased to provide service towards our client's success.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

Meeting Rooms:
  • Provide real-time support for meetings on all office floors, connect with meeting organizers and guests as meetings begin, provide a contact card for additional in-meeting support, and return upon completion to reset the room for the following meeting.
  • Verify that room requirements meet client's expectations. (ex. lighting, supplies, audio visual equipment, temperature, etc.)
  • Monitoring all meeting rooms for and enforce capacity and timeframe restrictions.
  • Work with the facility maintenance team to ensure that the space remains pristine. This includes ticketing and emailing any issues such as furniture stains, damaged carpet, lighting issues etc.;
  • Test Audio/Visual equipment. (Hardwire Connections, Phone, Wired and Wireless Presentation Tools)
  • Clean whiteboards, and touch panels between meetings. Remove leftover supplies and restock.

Office Duties:

  • Capture occupancy data and report facility density.
  • Report facility issues through ticketing system.
  • Hang New and Remove Expired Signage.
Additional Experience Center Specific Responsibilities
  • Workplace: Workstations cleared per detailed checklist
  • Services: Inventory office supplies on hand and request needed supplies through approved process
  • Meeting Rooms: Remove chairs in accordance with guidance, remove supplies, clean whiteboards, clean out cabinets.
General:
  • Comfortable meeting and engaging with people.

  • Can-do-attitude with an ability to assess circumstances, empathize and offer service/help.
  • Maintain good customer relations by keeping abreast of all in-house and area functions in order to answer questions and concerns with timely and knowledgeable responses, in person, through email, and on telephone.
  • Use tools and resources to identify creative solutions and anticipate customer needs, in our commitment to maintain a first point of contact resolution.
  • Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibilities over time.
  • Open and close work area at scheduled times, ensuring full preparation for operation/function.
Able to support large group events like TGIM and SH.
