Program Manager, Managed Service Program

We seek a full-Time Managed Service Program Manager to maintain day-to-day operations, ensure quality customer service is provided, and to meet all contractual deliverables. This position is located in Rochester, NY.

You will earn a base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on your experience, and enjoy the following benefits:

Our Program Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and delivery of assigned programs. This includes:

• Understanding the details of our services, procedures, and site-specific client agreements.
• Demonstrating knowledge of the client’s mission and challenges by frequenting the client’s website and participating as a business partner with client staff as a supplemental labor subject matter expert.
• Managing the temporary vendor relationships, which include additions, ending assignments, involuntary dismissals, performance, quality service and evaluation collection.
• Communicating with vendor representatives to resolve vendor employee issues.
• Completing operational analysis for all new program users.
• Tracking service levels and initiating process improvements, when needed.
• Directing all billing and invoicing and ensuring accuracy.
• Managing all assigned personnel.

To qualify, you must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in healthcare staffing or vendor management and performing human resource related tasks. In addition, you must have:

• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required.
