AGS, Inc. is currently seeking Project Coordinator with experience in large diameter water pipeline projects. The Project Coordinator is to assist the Project Manager with the project management of capital improvement projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing and updating Project Management Plan.
• Following Infrastructure Procedures to complete project development checklists and obtaining signatures, if needed
• Preparing agenda, drafting minutes, and conducting meetings with stakeholders
• Tracking and reporting progress on Monthly and Quarterly basis
• Preparing, updating, and reviewing spending plans, encumbrance plans and reserve release plans

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree, Engineering degree preferred
• minimum of three (3) years of working experience on engineering or construction projects
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
