Our firm is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The position will be the primary point of contact for all Technology Solutions projects. The Project Manager will work with business partners and vendors to understand their needs and resolve any gaps or risks/issues. This role will develop detailed project plans that outline all deliverables, milestones and timelines for each project, including project oversight to ensure that all deliverables are met according to the project plan. The Project Manager will conduct regular status check-ins with project team members to ensure progress is being made and identify any potential roadblocks.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • This position requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of experience
  • The ideal candidate will be a team player who has strong relationship management and performance management skills
  • Experience leading and managing complex data projects from start to finish
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Lean or Scrum
  • Experience in contemporary technologies such as Voice, Data and Video Telecommunications Technologies
  • Self-driven, demonstrates initiative and able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to positively and proactively manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High-level analytical and reasoning skills
  • Prepare reports and presentations on project findings for internal and external audiences
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users
  • Ability to manage and develop staff in a highly interactive environment
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
