Looking for a Quality Control Engineer for our Greenfield, IN office to conduct laboratory testing and ensure proper quality of our concrete.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage concrete monitoring system.
- Oversee/Maintain and prepare testing equipment.
- Document and provide data reporting to manager.
- Perform special testing as required.
- Act as a liaison between plant and engineering regarding repairs and questions concerning piece parts.
- Aid in the external and internal quality audits.
- Troubleshoot equipment and processes within the department.
- Recommend/implement improvements to the department.
- Ensure the Quality Systems Manual is followed and maintained per PCI standards.
- Manage all data collected daily, weekly and monthly.
- Maintain compliance with calibration requirements of testing and manufacturing equipment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Concrete related experience preferred.
- ACI certification preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Material testing and laboratory experience preferred.
