REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT/REFERRAL COORDINATOR

Adam Merrick Real Estate is looking for an experienced office professional with high attention to detail. The perfect candidate will be a person who loves to work on a computer and loves helping others through coordination and organization within a professional setting.

This position provides administrative support to a team of high producing real estate professionals. The Referral Coordinator is trusted with educating prospective clients about our company and marketing programs as well as managing appointment schedules for multiple agents. The Lead Coordinator is a crucial team member for our Company.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide support to a team of the best real estate specialists in the Peoria area
  • Data acquisition and data entry
  • Respond to new inquiries from prospective customers and clients
  • Coordinate & manage appointments and multiple schedules
  • Upload and maintain accuracy of multiple web interface programs
  • Act as main point of contact with Sellers during the information gathering process
  • Work directly with leadership to maintain effective processes

Experience You Possess:

  • Education: Some college preferred and/or Real Estate license preferred, but not required.
  • Professional Experience: Excellent work history in administrative field. At least 2 years experience in a professional administrative position.
  • Technical: Proficiency in the use of Mac Office Works and/or Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher. High proficiency in web interface required.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

What You Earn:

  • $28,000 - $34,000/year depending on experience
  • Paid vacation, paid holidays, health benefits, 401k options.
