We are searching for a Clinical Practice Administrator II to Work for One of the World’s Best Health Systems!

We are searching for a Clinical Practice Administrator II to manage the operations of assigned practice(s) consistent with the strategic vision of the organization. Provide direct supervision of assigned personnel and practice workflows. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practice standards. Implement and monitor workflows, lead performance improvement plans, and follow-up on quality and patient safety concerns. Collaborate with Professional Development and training staff to onboard, educate, assess competency of, and monitor clinical staff. Ensure operations and practice environment of care promote safe and high-quality patient care.

• Location: Southcoast Health Obstetrics & Gynecology – New Bedford, MA; Travel to multiple practice locations required.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field desired. Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of five years nursing or relevant clinical experience required, preferably in the ambulatory setting.
• At least five years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Certification in Physician Practice Management is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, provide strong customer service and demonstrate leadership skills is required.
• Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and previous Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience is required.
• EPIC experience is preferred.
• BLS required.

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 and seasonal Influenza. Must provide required vaccination documentation, unless approved for an exemption or deferral by Southcoast prior to starting employment
