Restaurant Assistant Manager

Starting day 1 you begin a great training program to learn our policies and procedures and to gain the skills that youll need to provide our guests with the fantastic dining experience they expect.

This position reports to the restaurant General Manager and assists in motivating and supervising team members to achieve restaurant performance goals for quality guest service, guest and employee safety, sales, profit, cost management and compliance with Company operating policies and procedures. Works with General Manager to maintain required staff levels for all positions, orient and assist in on-boarding new hires, and ensures new hires and existing team members complete all required training. Responsibilities include managing the operation of the restaurant on own during some scheduled shifts, daily decision making, consistent staff feedback and positive support to team members.

Qualified applicants must be able to read and write at a level enabling them to complete on line and on the job training as wells as effective interpersonal and communication skills.

We have detailed COVID prevention protocols in our restaurants including mask wearing policies, partitions between tables, disinfectants, regular cleaning schedules, and a COVID Prevention Training Program to provide team members the information and skills needed to protect our guests, other employees, and themselves.
