Position Description

The Manager is responsible for implementing and supporting technology solutions that add value to the Finance, Real Estate, and Procurement departments. The position is accountable for managing the prioritization of the project portfolio and the success of the individual projects. This will require alignment of the resources and timelines with the associated demands. The manager is expected to demonstrate in-depth functional expertise and to advise and guide the leadership team as well as to mentor junior resources. This position is part of the Enterprise Systems team which resides in the Information Technology department. It is based out of the Flynn Restaurant Groups Support Center in Independence, OH which serves as the corporate office for the company.

Salary:

$140-$150k/year

Essential responsibilities will include:

• Prioritize and groom the portfolio of associated projects in collaboration with the various stakeholder groups
• Manage functional team members to ensure they are providing optimal value to the organization and mentor junior resources
• Guide project teams through planning, requirements gathering, business process design, configuration, testing, user training, and post go-live support
• Advise and collaborate with the business as a partner to bridge the understanding gap between requirements and system design options to arrive at an optimal solution
• Update project tracking tools and provide relevant status updates to business partners using good judgement and communication skills
• Create and update critical system documentation such as requirements documents, functional specifications, test scenarios, and training materials

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years IT experience
• 10+ years hands-on configuration experience with SAP FI-CO module in SAP ECC 6.0
• Expertise in SAP FI-CO modules, emphasis on GL (New GL) and AP
• Experience with SAP RE-FX is a plus
• Strong grasp of common project management methodologies and approaches
• SAP certification(s) strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to take ownership, organize, and drive tasks to completion while balancing competing priorities
• Utilize good judgement to appropriately handle upward communication and issue escalation to leadership
• Attention to detail, timely compliance, and adherence to IT standards set forth
