Field Service Mechanic Summary:

Holland Pump is seeking a highly motivated person for the position of Field Service Mechanic for its [Ft. Myers, Florida] [West Palm Beach, Florida] branch. The person in this role will service, diagnosis, repair, set-up and install pumps and equipment at customer job sites while representing Holland Pump in a professional manner and with a sense of urgency at all times. Responsibilities may include evaluating pumps and equipment for repair and/or maintenance and assisting with the preparation of estimates and quotes. Requires travel to customer job sites.

Responsibilities of Field Service Mechanic Includes:

• Ability to perform diagnosis and repairs of all models of pump ends.
• Ability to perform field service on pumps and equipment.
• Ability to perform engine diagnosis, repair and overhaul of both gasoline and diesel engines.
• Required to work after hours and weekends.
• Good customer relations and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Field Service Mechanic

Requirements for Field Service Mechanic :

• Must be knowledgeable in engine mechanics and operating principles for both gasoline and diesel engines.
• Must have and maintain a Class C/operator’s (or better) driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record, solid references and a clean criminal record.
• Minimum 2 years mechanical experience.
• Minimum six months experience in Service Department.
• High School diploma or GED required
• Graduate of a technical/vocational training program is preferred.
