Tancredi’s Auto and Truck Repair is celebrating 30+ years of business and takes great pride in the excellent reputation we have built in the Delaware County community. We currently have an opening for a Medium/Heavy-duty Truck Service Writer to work at our Truck repair shop in Eddystone, PA. This person will be the main point of contact for our truck repair shop business.

The Truck Service Writer will be responsible for communicating with technicians and customers, completing work orders, order parts, answer phones, schedule work, use a computer to update customer account information, and produce invoices. You will receive the following benefits:

Requirements:

· Must have Service Writing Experience or have worked in a Truck Shop as a mechanic and would like to transition to a Service Writer.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills, basic computer skills

· Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
