• Supervise kitchen staff
• Daily production performance & leadership
• Ensure training of new hires
• Ensure consistent quality of dishes to maintain guest satisfaction
• Coordinate and facilitate Kitchen meetings
• Maintain open communication between FOH staff and BOH staff
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Keep up on temperature and FIFO product rotation
• Provide leadership and direction to all team members to ensure efficient operation
• Maintain a secure, clean, organized, and prepared kitchen
• Weekly ordering and monthly inventory responsibilities
• Holiday and Weekend availability is a must

• Previous kitchen leadership experience in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication skills

• Full-time. Average 40-45 hours weekly.
• General shifts would be Tuesday through Saturday 12pm-8pm.
