About the role:

The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the studio's operations, including people management, scheduling, membership sales and retention, and achieving goals and KPIs. The Studio Manager will promote the company's brand, have a passion for sales and drive employees to be their best, most authentic selves.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee all aspects of studio operations, with a focus on exceeding membership & sales targets + retail goals
  • Promote services to drive upgrades, memberships and retail sales
  • Retain, manage, coach, train, motivate and develop a team of Cosmetologists, Estheticians, and Sales Associates
  • Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to inventory management, staff scheduling, and operational reporting
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding guest expectations by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to questions and needs
  • Maintain a professional and impeccable spa environment
  • Foster a sense of community, team and structure by executing implementation of policies, procedures and processes
  • Promote and sell Spa memberships & retail products to our guests

What you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated management experience as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager. (Spa or beauty industry experience a plus)
  • A passion for people, sales and unparalleled customer service
  • Strong leadership presence with an ability to coach and manage team members through complex work related issues
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate with confidence with guests and co-workers
  • An ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate tasks in an ever-changing work environment
  • Superior organization and problem solving with experience in project management
  • Outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
  • Basic computer skills
  • Results oriented, metrics driven approach
  • Flexibility with schedule; including availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A polished, professional appearance at all times

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
