Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or PharmD from accredited School of Pharmacy.

· Current, active, and unrestricted pharmacist license in state of Florida

· Two years clinical experience is preferred

· Advanced training in disease management preferred

· Physician group experience a plus

· Willing to travel for occasional vacation for coverage at other Florida locations

· Bilingual is beneficial

Pay: $57.00 - $59.00 per hour
