Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Location:

• Mossville, IL (Hybrid)

Pay Range

• $65,000 - $80,000

Position's Contributions to Work Group:

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading various control towers and ensuring effective communication with suppliers, supply chain, and purchasing personnel. Your contributions will include evaluating data, providing shipping priority direction to suppliers, and facilitating collaboration within the team.

Typical Task Breakdown:

• Communicate with suppliers, supply chain, and purchasing personnel to gather necessary information.
• Evaluate data submitted by others and conduct investigations as needed.
• Provide direction on shipping priorities to suppliers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective coordination.

Interaction with Team:

You will have easy accessibility to the team and receive their support whenever needed. Weekly one-on-one meetings with the work director will provide opportunities for guidance and feedback.

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Skills Required:

• Previous experience with computer applications and software related to the engineering field, such as Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Teams, Outlook, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.).
• Strong creativity, verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
