Division Overview
Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities. Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business. HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

Hubbell Utility Solutions (HUS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities. Today, HUS is also deeply engaged in product solutions for the Utility Communications and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) space and has been actively growing that segment of the business. HUS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HUS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas, and water industries.
HUS has four business units. Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) is our electrical components and infrastructure business. Aclara is our AMI and Meters business and also includes an installation business. Hubbell Gas Connectors and Accessories (HGCA) sells connectors and accessories for the repair, replacement and refurbishment of natural gas systems. Our fourth business is our Protection and Controls business which is our newest business initiative to drive substation communications, control and protection solutions. HUS provides these solutions in the Electric Utility, Water, Gas and Communications Market.

Position Overview
The Supply Chain Manager for the Utility Automation Business Unit is responsible to oversee the global supply chain for directly operated plants, as well as manage the delivery commitments of internal and external contract manufacturers. This includes technical and personnel oversight to ensure alignment between purchasing activities and production plans to meet customer requirements and revenue commitments. This position will also organize and drive the annual and monthly revenue planning and daily tracking of progress to revenue commitments with associated analysis and reporting of billings, bookings, backlog, and inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate annual revenue forecast and track progress
- Drive adherence to the production master schedules
- Plan material demand
- Work with Operations on capacity constraints
- Develop sourcing strategies
- Develop annual productivity plans
- Optimize safety stock levels
- Create annual inventory plan and track/report progress
- Execute annual physical inventory audit
- Manage packaging and shipment strategies and team
Skills and Experience
- Must have SAP knowledge as it pertains to manufacturing planning and scheduling
- Minimum of seven years of manufacturing planning experience.
- Must have experience managing or leading a planning group.
- Must be able to travel on business related trips
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Must have the ability to work on a personal computer or other related equipment as required
- Bachelors degree in financial, technical, or business related fields
- Available for travel of 35% - 50% of the time for domestic USA and international, as required
