Serco supports the AT/FP Ashore program with the primary goal of providing installation, configuration, preventative and corrective maintenance on the US Navy's ESS-AV-VTC program, (Electronic Security Systems/Audio Visual/Video Tele-Conference) at various US Military locations in the Pacific Theater- Japan AOR, (Area Of Operations).

Serco supports the AT/FP Ashore program with the primary goal of providing installation, configuration, preventative and corrective maintenance on the US Navy's ESS-AV-VTC program, (Electronic Security Systems/Audio Visual/Video Tele-Conference) at various US Military locations in the Pacific Theater- Japan AOR, (Area Of Operations).
In this role, you will:
- Be setting up and maintaining a system or specific components of a system (e.g., installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software; establishing and managing user accounts; overseeing or conducting backup and recovery tasks; implementing operational and technical security controls; and adhering to organizational security policies and procedures).
- Provide critical preventive and corrective maintenance, information assurance, asset management, technical systems updates, service call resolution, and configuration management for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and Security Surveillance systems in preparation for deployment.
- Provide Operational and Maintenance support including patch management/testing, STIG implementation and mitigation, information assurance/security, anti-virus, and data backup solutions.
- Provide system administration and engineering support for Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016/2019.
- Install new software releases and perform system upgrades.
- Maintain data files and monitors system configuration to ensure system and data integrity.
- Maintain the configuration baselines for the system.
- Compose step by step repeatable procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An active DoD Secret clearance
- DoD IAT Level II compliant certification
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Information Technology
- Experience with STIG's, ACAS, and HBSS
- Experience with access control/intrusion detection systems to include hardware installation, software configuration via Windows 7, 10 clients and Server 2016, 2019 platforms.
- Ability to travel locally in the Hawaii area or long distance if needed. Up to 50% of the time as needed.
Additional desired experience & skills:
- Configuring analog and/or IP based CCTV cameras in windows platforms.
- Experience with the following Access Control, CCTV hardware/software configuration highly desired:
- Lenel / On-Guard
- DMP
- Milestone
- Axis
- Bosch
- Pelco
