As a Treasury Analyst II at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by taking pride in your work to ensure every entry is completed accurately and timely. You will report directly to the Treasury Manager and work closely with the Treasury team.

What You’ll Contribute

· Accurately enter Financial Force cash receipts entries from lending companies.

· Accurately post Sales Invoices, Deposit Invoices and Sales Credit Notes when needed to ensure FFA is accurate on all jobs.

· Accurately complete ‘final payment received’ action on jobs to prompt commission payout.

· Troubleshoots various deposits related issues with company employees and customers.

· Participate in cash posting related clean-up and monitoring projects and other cash related projects.

· Responsible for assisting in reconciling Bank Statements and Transactions.

· Preparing applicable journal entries for reconciliations.

· Assist the Collections/AR, Funding, and AP departments in researching payment activity.

· Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
