nWell established, General Contractor specializing in the Multi-Family Housing Community is looking for additional Subcontractors, interested in large-scale, turnkey, interior renovation projects. New projects are beginning in the Gwynedd Valley, North Wales, Lansdale, & other surrounding Metro areas supplying complete Turnkey apartment renovation services. Our clientele includes the finest Property Management, Investment Groups & Business Development Companies in the Mid-Atlantic Region, and they/we are expanding geographically into these areas, at the present time.

CCSI has over 30 years of experience in Value Added Capital Improvement Projects, including direct full-time Project Managers & Foremen plus a host of reliable Subcontractors in the Wash DC, Northern Va, & Baltimore Metro areas. We are currently looking for additional Turnkey Subcontractors for an increased long-term workload in a fast-paced work environment in your areas.

Subcontractors with experience in Apartment Renovations, Commercial Construction, Fire Restoration, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Doors, Trim, Interior Framing, Finish work, etc, are usually the best fit. We are currently interviewing and hiring for different locations in your areas.
Subcontractors must have a valid Business License, Workers Compensation, Liability, and All Autos Insurance coverages.
