Position pay’s $30-$35/hr!

This position is to help our company during the spring season with our worst and largest yards! This is a temp position, but candidates do have the opportunity to be promoted to permanent employment. Our company operates year-round and has over 10,000 customers.

Things to consider before applying:

• This position is not for the faint at heart! That is the reason why this position is a high paying position.
• Candidates would be using their own vehicle to travel to each job site. However, we do pay mileage at a rate of 65.5 cents per mile. A truck is not required. Most employees lay down a tarp in their trunk for tools.
• The candidate for this position will be tasked to clean what we call “One Time Cleanup Job’s”. These are usually customers that have not cleaned up after their dogs all winter.
• These yards are disgusting and nasty!
• Some yards can be covered in poop from one corner of the yard to the other. It is NASTY! Weak stomachs should not apply! Imagine doing that all day long!
• This position is NOTHING like cleaning up after your own dog.
• Experience in hard physical labor is the only way to be prepared for this job.
• Must be strong and in excellent cardio condition.
• This position is very physically demanding. It is not for someone that is interested in "getting in to shape".

Criminal Records:

• We do a tremendous amount of business on the military bases. It is a must that candidates that can pass a military grade background check to obtain a military base ID through our company.
• Our company has no influence in the decision-making process with this. If you have a criminal record that has happened within the last five years, they won't approve you.

Compensation:

Compensation is paid by the job and our drivers in this position average between $30-$35/hr!

In addition to the compensation above, we pay 65.5 cents per mile while providing services to our customers.

All compensation is paid twice per month.
