FFULL -TIME POSITION. No Experience Required but desired based on applying candidates We are looking for a motivated team-oriented colleague to join our company as an Installer of our metalworks for construction projects. We are a miscellaneous metal contractor for residential construction projects that fabricates and installs wrought iron and aluminum: stair & balcony railings, pedestrian & driveway gates, spiral and floating stairs, decorative louvers, etc. As part of our team, Installers perform various functions in support of these products. Experience although it is not required but preferred, would still qualify for training for an ideal candidate. Welder Helper Duties and Responsibilities Installation skills in a construction field, preferably railing, balcony railing, pedestrian & driveway gates, and stairs installation. Strong measurement and problem solving skills Proven ability to work with a variety of common tools, including but not limited to: tape measures, cordless drills & impact drivers, chop saws, core drills, grinders, etc. Strong attention to detail, with the skill to carry out precise measuring, assembly and installation tasks safely and on schedule Demonstrate safe work habits in jobsite/construction environments Aptitude to read and interpret shop drawings Ability to work comfortably and safely in high places Fitness lift/carry heavy objects as needed Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment for efficient work operations Wear appropriate protective clothing in compliance with safety protocols No Experience Required but Preferred and salary/compensation is contingent upon experience/training level Maintain a positive and respectful attitude. Conduct themselves with integrity in a polite, professional manner, treating customers and co-workers courteously and respectfully
