Job Overview:
The Wireless Sales Associate is responsible for connecting new and existing retail customers with our latest cellular products and promotions. This role involves interacting face-to-face with retail customers in our stores, communicating with them about our products and services, and following through with exceptional customer service along the way.
Qualifications for the Wireless Sales Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service-related fields (preferred)
- Prior experience with or knowledge of cellular sales (preferred)
- Full-time availability
- Weekend availability
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Associate:
- Connect face-to-face with customers and promote latest products and promotions
- Collaborate with a team and establish sales targets
- Demonstrate superior customer service while promoting sales with integrity
- Build rapport with new and existing customers and clientele
