Large, very successful and growing Global manufacturing company is hiring for a Business to Business, Accounts Receivable professional. This is a Direct Hire position with the opportunity to work remote.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you would:

• Post daily cash receipts, monitor short payments, and address payment discrepancies for customer invoices
• Assist with collections, invoice submissions, and updating customer account information
• Obtain customer trade and bank references, and process credit card payments
• Electronically archive documents, including cash receipts and sales/use tax documents
• Support JSox requirements, A/R related requests, and assist in accounting department projects
• Participate in system implementation upgrades and maintain A/R files and archives
• All customers are Business-to-Business companies – This is a lot more than just a collections position

Requirements for this Accounts Receivable (A/R) position:

• 2to 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, Teams, ERP systems (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and passion for accounting and finance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
