The position reports to the Operations Manager and will provide opportunities for career advancement as the company grows.

What will I be doing?

• Become the technical expert for surface analyst assembly and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Manufacture water cartridge assemblies to support sales, ensuring quality standards are met and safety stock is maintained.
• Work collaboratively with Assembly Lead to improve efficiencies across the Assembly and Repair process.
• Continually build skill level to become proficient in all model builds, part assembly creation, and eventually 3-D printing and prototype building.
• Assess and communicate risks to management in a timely manner.
• Continually reviewing instrument and repair queues to ensure calibration pipeline is always filled.
• Self-motivating and self-managing in a fast paced, rapid growth business environment
• Able to lead project components and achieve project goals

• Ensuring projects align with annual and quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Continuously challenging the status quo
