Basic requirements include the aptitude to:
- Meet client expectations through the execution of activities related to engagements and other client needs.
- Communicate with Director/Manager throughout all phases of engagements, including client communication, planning, and scheduling.

Expected Qualifications are as follows:
- BA or BS degree in Accounting or a related field, from an accredited college/university
- Active CPA License required.
- 2+ years of public accounting experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Good judgment and professional skepticism.
- Excellent analysis and observation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with co-workers, staff, and clients.
- Knowledge of accounting software packages and MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
