OVERVIEW:
The Automotive Office Associate will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Dept in any and all duties needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform varies office duties
- Filing and Scanning
- Assist other team members in properly completing jobs assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in the automotive accounting preferred.
- A team player with a strong capacity to interact well with staff in a "team atmosphere"
- Quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Extremely professional and dependable
- Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines efficiently
- Good Communication Skills
