The JOB: Baleen Restaurant General Manager

Our award-winning BALEEN Naples restaurant seeks a restaurant general manager that has an outgoing personality, wants to elevate the dining experience while having fun and creating memories for guests. Our ideal candidate is someone that has previous restaurant & luxury resort experience and will provide a fun teamwork environment for our team members, while ensuring our guests and members receive the best dining experience in Naples! We are looking for someone that would provide excellent leadership and guidance to our food and beverage management team as well as the front-line team members. The above are just a couple of great attributes that this position offers and requires. The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience in upscale, casual dining and enjoys working on his or her feet.
