Collections Specialist 10 week project!
Southfield, MI
$18-22 per hour
LHH has a Collections Specialist in Southfield who is customer focused, has strong phone etiquette and personable. If you have business to business or customer collections experience, please apply! This project is expected to last 10 weeks and will start quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to customer or businesses to collect on past due accounts
- Review accounts for balance information
- Work with customers or businesses on payment arrangements
- Post payments in system
- Provide customer service and patience with customers or businesses
Experience:
- High School Diploma
- High call volume or call center experience
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable
